Candidates should have controlled active acne, realistic expectations for multiple sessions and an aftercare plan. History of keloid, isotretinoin use, pigmentation and skin sensitivity must be reviewed.

Improvement is gradual and partial. Scars are rarely erased completely. Stronger treatment may increase downtime and pigment risk. Short tourist schedules are not suitable for every combination protocol.

Sun avoidance and aftercare are essential. International patients should avoid scheduling aggressive treatment immediately before important events or intense sun exposure. Follow-up may need to continue locally.
