Patients may seek more girth, a larger glans, more visible length, correction of concealment, or help after a previous procedure. These goals are different and should not be treated as a single problem.
見た目が似ていても原因は異なります
A visible concern does not always have a single cause. The first consultation should identify the underlying anatomy, tissue characteristics, previous treatment and the outcome the patient actually expects.
- Normal anatomical variation or strong flaccid contraction
- Suprapubic fat or buried penis
- Disproportion between shaft and glans
- Curvature, plaque or scarring
- Previous filler, graft or surgery
- Body-image distress or unrealistic expectations

- Observation and counsellingNo treatment is appropriate when anatomy is normal and expected benefit is limited.
- Hyaluronic acid fillerA temporary and relatively reversible option mainly used for girth.
- Other fillers or biostimulatory materialsMay last longer but are generally harder to reverse.
- Autologous fat transferUses the patient’s own fat but resorption and contour variability are important.
- Dermal or biological graftsSurgical options with longer recovery and more difficult revision.
- Traction therapyMay be considered for selected length goals or as supportive treatment.

Recovery depends on the material and procedure. Sexual activity, exercise, pressure and travel restrictions must be confirmed by the treating doctor. International patients should complete an early in-person review and receive documentation of the product, volume, anatomical site and complication plan.
Variable; assessment-only travel may be separate from treatment. The treating doctor should determine the departure date.

Girth can be increased more predictably than erect length. Added volume may alter flaccid appearance, but a meaningful increase in erect length should not be promised. Symmetry, smooth contour, preserved function and a result acceptable in both flaccid and erect states matter more than a single number.
