- 2003 早期人體研究 早期人體HA龜頭研究 韓國研究者報告了以注射式HA進行龜頭增大的早期人體經驗，並探討其解剖可行性。
- 2008 追蹤研究 五年龜頭追蹤 一項韓國追蹤研究報告，在部分患者中效果可持續五年，並伴隨部分體積減少。

- 2026 國際建議 ICSM國際建議 第五屆國際性醫學諮詢會議發布了20項具證據等級的陰莖增大與美容手術建議。韓國高麗大學九老醫院泌尿科文斗建教授以共同作者身分參與。建議強調完整評估、合理期望與諮詢、充分說明潛在併發症、由具經驗的醫師執行，以及依個別情況選擇治療，而不是套用單一標準術式。

- 龜頭注射可能降低部分經適當篩選患者的敏感度並延長射精，但尚不是適用於所有早洩類型的確立治療。

- 最新國際建議支持「先評估、後決定」的個別化照護，並要求清楚說明不確定性與潛在併發症。
