Какую проблему это решает?
Under-eye fat repositioning is not a universal treatment for every dark circle. Examination should assess the eyelid, cheek support, skin, pigmentation, dryness and risk of lower-lid malposition.

A visible concern does not always have a single cause. The first consultation should identify the underlying anatomy, tissue characteristics, previous treatment and the outcome the patient actually expects.
- Protruding lower-eyelid fat
- Tear-trough hollowing
- Loose or wrinkled lower-eyelid skin
- Pigment or visible vessels
- Midface volume loss
- Lower-eyelid laxity or previous surgery

- Lower blepharoplastyMay include skin, muscle and fat management through an external incision.
- Canthopexy or eyelid supportMay be considered when the lower eyelid is lax.
- Revision surgeryRequires caution because scarring and eyelid support may already be altered.

Candidates should have a clearly defined anatomical cause and understand that bags, hollowing, pigment and wrinkles may require different treatments. Dry eye, thyroid eye disease and lower-lid laxity require specific evaluation.
