Assessment
Penile Size and Anatomy Assessment in Seoul
The purpose of the assessment is not to tell you that you are too small. It is to identify what is actually creating your concern — and which options, including no procedure, fit your anatomy and goal.
The assessment pathway
- 01
Private history before arrival
Concern, goals, previous treatment, symptoms, and medical background, shared privately before you travel.
- 02
Standardized physical measurements
Bone-pressed stretched length, flaccid length, and shaft girth at several points under consistent conditions.
- 03
Anatomical examination
Foreskin, skin mobility, suprapubic fat, buried-penis features, curvature, plaque, scarring, and previous injected material.
- 04
Function and sensation review
Erectile function and sensation, which are considered alongside any appearance goal.
- 05
Expectations and body-image screening
Motivation, expectations, and body-image concerns, because these change what a good outcome means.
- 06
Additional testing only when indicated
Doppler ultrasound or other tests are used only when there is a clinical reason.
- 07
Written findings and treatment-option report
A written summary of findings and the options that realistically fit — in English or your preferred language.
- 08
Separate decision and treatment scheduling
You take the report home and decide without pressure. Treatment, if any, is scheduled as a separate step.
