This policy explains what a private inquiry collects, how it is used and retained, and what is never shared with analytics. Sensitive medical details you send are handled with restraint.
01 What we collect
- The details you choose to enter in a private inquiry
- Contact details only if you want a reply (name, email, or WhatsApp are optional)
- Inquiries are delivered through a third-party form processor (Formspree) that forwards them to a private inbox; they are not used for advertising.
02 What we never send to analytics
- Your inquiry text, symptoms, or previous procedure details
- Your name, contact details, or any uploaded content
- The original form values of medical search terms
03 Analytics and cookies
- We use Google Analytics with cookies to understand aggregate, anonymous usage — such as which pages are viewed, the interface language, and general device type.
- Analytics never receives your inquiry content, symptoms, previous procedures, name, or contact details.
- You can block analytics cookies in your browser at any time; the site remains fully usable.
04 Retention and deletion
- Inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond, then deleted.
- Access is limited to the small number of people who handle inquiries.
- You can request deletion of your data at any time via the contact route.
05 Images
- Do not upload identifiable genital images. The first-stage inquiry does not include a photo upload.
- A licensed provider may later request clinical photographs through a secure channel.
