When the penis looks buried or hidden
A penis can look shorter than it is when it is partly hidden by a suprapubic fat pad or buried in surrounding tissue. This is a different problem from size, and filler is often not the answer.
Why this is different from size
A prominent suprapubic fat pad can conceal length; weight management or fat-pad treatment may reveal it.
Buried or trapped penis can follow weight gain, prior surgery, or scarring, and may need reconstructive assessment rather than augmentation.
Adding filler to a buried penis does not address the underlying cause and can complicate later care.
Assessment distinguishes true size from concealment, so that the right problem is treated — sometimes without any procedure.
