Length is the most requested and most misunderstood goal. Before any procedure, it helps to separate flaccid from erect length, and appearance from structure.
What can and cannot change
Hyaluronic acid filler is primarily a girth procedure. It is not a reliable way to increase erect length.
Traction therapy may gradually influence length with consistent, long-term use, and is often considered first because it is non-surgical.
Suspensory ligament release mainly changes visible flaccid length, not erect length, and carries surgical risks.
A suprapubic fat pad or buried penis can make a normal penis look shorter; addressing that is different from lengthening.
Assessment measures bone-pressed stretched length and flaccid length separately, and identifies whether appearance — not structure — is the real issue.
